Station rotation was taken outside today, for the 4th and 5th graders at the SMMLC. 4th and 5th graders had 3 minutes to solve a long division problem using the strategy of area models. They cycled through 6 rotations. before going to an answer key to find their answer and find which letter was attached to the correct answer. When all answers were correct, "ISLAND" was spelled! (We are reading "Island of the Blue Dolphin")
